Clube Portugues in Dusseldorf

I could get into the aioli! With fresh bread - awesome! We have been there several times and so far we have always been satisfied. The portions are generous and not expensive, everyone will be full. Price-performance fits.

As a Portuguese who lives in Düsseldorf, I can highly recommend this restaurant. While the quality of the Frango has deteriorated in my opinion, the Clube kept the standard high.

Very tasty Portuguese food! Only the side dishes were very unspecific and the same for every dish. Still a good 4-star and next time you visit Dusseldorf, gladly again!

Great food, great shop, great, because prudent and friendly employees. I have been going - albeit rarely - to the Clube Portugues for many years and especially enjoy the fish dishes. Great!

The food was nothing special. The education of one man employee was really bad in the way that he talk to his Coworker that in this case was a Woman! Respect should be everywhere and every time.

Super nice staff. Food mega yummy. Quantities also fit, price performance is very convincing. However, there is no card. Only written on a QR code ne kind of card with the most important things or on a blackboard. But drinks are completely missing. You have to ask everything that's annoying.

The inside of the shop is a bit smaller, but in summer you can sit outside wonderfully. The food was delicious (especially the fish). Overall, a very good fish restaurant.

After having been going out to eat here for many years now, I've finally decided to leave a good review. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, good food and you can be assured of a friendly service.

As with all Portuguese, the air in the restaurant is not good as there is a lot of deep-frying in the kitchen. Nothing the less, the food is delicious, you can eat well. The atmosphere is as you know it from your vacation in a Portuguese restaurant. But we know another Portuguese in the area, where we like it better. Hence 1 star deduction.

Delicious, but a long time waiting.

Very recommandable place! Well balanced and healthy lunch meals, atypical for places that serve German Clientele! Lots of fish, meat, veggies in a genuine atmosphere. Loved it, and 7,50€ average for healthy food on my lunch break makes me definitely coming back!

1. it is uncomfortable that the restaurant does not have a printed menu. 2.I had to take a bottle of wine because there is a very small variety to drink as a glass. 3.we had to wait long to make the order for food. 4. the boiled potatoes were hard/raw but inside weird mashed content - for all 3 people that had them on the plates. We had to change it to fried ones. The waiter brought one plate of fried potatoes for 3 people seating far from each other and we had to somehow distribute it. Appears they had complaints about potatoes a day before, however did not chanched with others of proper quality. 5. The salmon and tuna were cooked well, however other fish was disgusting and no one from 5 people could eat it. 6. The wine was Ok. 7. The waiter could not explain the disches (since no details in menue) and was talking to me familiarly and impudence (I assume because of my age and gender, with my older men-collegues he was talking in much polite manner) 8. Personal was smoking infront of the restaurant, few metres from tables. All the stinky smoke was coming to our tables and dishes. 9. Personal could hardly speak English. The blond girl-waitress could not even really speak German (-__-) but at least the girl was really polite and helpful.

Nice place with great ambience.

It was quite a nice meal. Servings are quite large, so a starter and a main dish is really too much, it was a shame to waste food. The seafood was very tasty and not expensive. The atmosphere is very loud, you need to bend over and shout into each other's ears. It could be great for people who enjoy seafood and don't mind the noise ^^
